  • 1 butternut squash medium
  • 1 2 teaspoon salt for squash
  • 1 4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme leaves stems discarded
  • 1 dash nutmeg optional
  • 1 cup lively white breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 4 teaspoon salt for topping
  • 1 4 cup butter melted

  • preheat the oven to 400u00b0f
  • spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
