Chinese Fried Rice

A tasty Chinese-style fried rice from Curtis Stone. Ideal for mid-week dinners!

The ingredient of Chinese Fried Rice

  • 325ml water
  • 175g uncooked sunrice white long rice rinsed drained
  • 5 tbsp olive oil not speaking
  • 2 large exonerate range eggs beaten to combination amalgamation

  • heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok over medium high heat
