Chinese Fried Rice

A tasty Chinese-style fried rice from Curtis Stone. Ideal for mid-week dinners!
The ingredient of Chinese Fried Rice
- 325ml water
- 175g uncooked sunrice white long rice rinsed drained
- 5 tbsp olive oil not speaking
- 2 large exonerate range eggs beaten to combination amalgamation

- 1 large carrot peeled and finely diced about 115g total

- complement the water rice and a pinch of salt in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturers instructions or simmer gently in a small saucepan covered on top of higher than low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until the rice is al dente
- transfer the steamed rice to a baking sheet and cool to room temperature
- cover and refrigerate until cold
- heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok over medium high heat
